Title Searches/Abstracts

As an agent for Stewart Title and Southern Title, we prepare the full line of ALTA approved products. Our title products are accepted by all major lending institutions, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, FHA/VA and are easy to understand.

Title Commitments/Binders/Policies

We strive to provide quick and accurate closings for our clients. We coordinate the signing with the borrower(s), seller(s), mortgage broker, lender, realtor(s) and any the seller’s closing agent. Documents are explained for clarity.

Sometimes the workload of an agency is too great at any one time. We can conduct a courtesy closing for your client in our office or at a location of their choosing. You prepare the file, we conduct the signing and ship docs back to you.
